Hello, and welcome to your home away from home!
• Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home.
• We’ve put a lot of effort making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
• Don’t wait until review time to reach out to your host while on the property to get help with any issues.
• If you break something, say something; conversely, if something is broken when you get there, report it right away so the host can plan to fix/replace.
• We take photos and video of the property and inventory count prior to guest arrivals.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes on the property
Front Gate and Garage Remotes
Gate Code: Provided to you via the app.
Code for walk through exit gate: Press 2 & 4 at the same time, then 3
Garage remote provided. To avoid $50 fee, please remember to return it.
Front Door Keyless Entry
Door code: Your assigned code + “ULTRALOQ” button at the bottom.
For safety and security, the front door will automatically lock after 3 minutes (so please remember the code so you don’t get locked out).
To lock the door from outside, press the “ULTRALOQ” button.
Wi-Fi and Smart TV
Wi-Fi access scan code (network and password) clearly posted on walls.
Samsung smart TVs provided so that you can sign in to your favorite streaming applications.
If you log into a smart TV application, please remember to log out prior to check-out.
Trash and Recycling
Place trash and recycling in large trash cans in the garage.
Trash pickup (brown lid) is every Friday morning so please take out the can on Thursday evenings.
Recycle pickup (green lid) is every other Friday – to determine if pick up during your stay, see if neighbors have theirs out.
Unless you are checking out Friday morning, please return trash cans to the garage on the same day after curbside pickup.
Quiet Hour
Be considerate of neighbors’ privacy and property by minimizing disturbances and maintaining a positive relationship with the local community.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am (CST).
No large gatherings or parties.
Towels & Linens
Towels, bedding and linens are counted and photographed prior to occupancy and checked for stains after check-out. Guests could be charged up to $50 for each missing or damaged towel or linen.
We understand accidents happen, so we provide stain remover (located in the laundry area).
Pets
Please pick up and clean up after your pets.
Limit pets from laying on the couch or beds as fur is very difficult to remove from fabric.
Check Out
Check out is at 11:00 am CST. Additional hourly charge for requests to check-in early or check-out later than 11:00 am.
Gather used towels and place them in the bathtubs.
Gather all trash and recycling and place in large bins in the garage.
Turn off all the lights, coffee maker, TV and do not leave washer/dryer on.
If you log into a smart TV application, please remember to log out prior to check-out.
Close the garage and lock the back door and all windows.
Remember to return the garage door remote.
Please unlock the top front door bolt when checking out. Locking the top front door bolt will prevent the cleaning crew from entering.
Lock the front door from the outside by pressing “ULTRALOQ” button.
We are not held responsible for any items or personal belonging left behind.
